‘Wrap Around Care’ at St. Dunstan’s means the care and provision that St Dunstan’s offers before the start of the school day at the end of the school day: from 7.45am in the morning right through to 6.00pm at night on every school day.

Wrap around care is available for children in Years 3 – 6.

Wrap around care for children in years R – 2 is available at Young Explorers Nursery, adjacent to the school building. Parents should contact Young Explorers directly if they have questions or wish to apply for a place.
 

Early Birds’ Breakfast Club : 7.45am – 8.45 am

The Early Birds’ Breakfast Club is run by fully trained school staff and meets in the comfort of the dedicated Extended Schools room every morning between 7.45 and 8.45am.

Healthy and tasty breakfast options are available; a variety of cereals, hot toast and drinks. There are plenty of games to play, books to read, opportunities to be outdoors and the space and time to finish that forgotten homework or just to be quiet and prepare for the day ahead.

Early Birds provides a relaxed, calm and safe start to every day.

Stay and Play After School Club : 3.15pm – 6.00pm

The Stay and Play After School Club is a very popular part of St Dunstan’s. Available from the end of school through to 6.00pm, the Club provides the opportunity for a fun wind down after a hard day at school! It is run and managed by school staff, not an out of school provider.

There are snacks and an incredibly wide range of activities available to the children with supervised access to the school grounds.

Our team of trained and experienced staff try very hard to ensure that the Stay and Play After School Club is the equivalent of being at home: safe, relaxed and lots of fun.
